NAKAKIN – SC Series

• Minimum clearance: Our special alloy provides the least clearance possible between the rotors and the body.

• Continuous flow: Self-priming capability.

• Viscosity range: Capable of handling all liquids within a wide viscosity range.

• Highest degree of cleanability: Limited liquid area inside the pump for easy cleaning.

• Vertical installation: The CIP process removes even the last drop of liquid remaining inside the pump.

• Easy assembly/disassembly: Can be completely cleaned and sterilized with CIP/SIP processes.

• Standard temperature: 95°C, High temperature: 150°C

• Maximum discharge pressure: 1.0 MPa = 10 bar

Features of the SC Series:

• Fixed shaft rotor: Assembly/disassembly is now much easier. Since the shaft is fixed to the rotor, it can be installed easily and correctly.

• Flat-top rotor and cover: The top of the rotor and cover are flat, greatly reducing areas where liquids could accumulate.

• Super-clean mechanical seal: The mechanical seal has a simple and compact design with no O-ring grooves to hold liquids, contributing to ease of cleaning.

• Easy maintenance: By loosening the nut behind the rotor connected to the shaft, disassembly and maintenance tasks, such as replacing mechanical seals, are simplified.

• Vertical and horizontal liquid flow options available.

• Single and double blade rotor options available.
